    How do I know you received my order?

    Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once the transportation company has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    It depends on where you are. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-30 business days depending on the product. Please don't panic if it doesn't show up immediately, it's on its way. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

    Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package may be withheld from the shipping company for an extended time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. There may also be a delay in the status of shipments. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control.

    Where do you ship from?

    We have a few warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and China. We offer the best quality trackable shipping solution. We provide shipping from our warehouses by UPS/FEDEX/DHL and USPS. Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an international tracking number will be sent to you.

    ORDERING

    I have ordered multiple items, however, I have only received one or some are missing.

    Sometimes we ship our parcels separately to reduce the costs of shipping we source from different factories in Europe and the United States. You will have multiple tracking numbers, if two weeks have passed since receiving the first and we have not given you your tracking number please contact us here and we will be able to provide an update.

    How can I cancel my order?

    A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request. As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order as long as the notice was made within 24 hours.

    If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy to get a full refund once you receive your product! This means we CANNOT cancel your order it must be refunded.

    We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.

    Return Policy

    Shopping for your home should be fun, so don’t be afraid to mix things up! If an item isn’t the perfect match, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.

    We don't cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

    How long do I have to return an item?

    You can return unsuitable items within our guarantee policy of 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and intact condition. We would also recommend returning your item via tracked delivery to ensure your order arrives safely back to us. Once your order has been processed, you shall receive a refund within 10 days.

    Damaged or defective Items

    We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

    We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return shipping guidelines

    Our returns team will be able to provide you with the closest location for you to ship the return. We will process your return within 2 business days of us receiving the product.

    If you can include a tracking number for us for the return of the package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! We do not cover costs for return shipping.

    Return timeframes depend on how soon you can ship the products and when we receive them.

    Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

    In the vast majority of cases, you do not have to pay import taxes and customs duties. However, we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to your specific location. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by DECORATIQ. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges.

    I’ve seen this somewhere else. How is it possible?

    We work with many manufacturers and a couple of models may be also sold elsewhere at a different price. However, we can't certify their authenticity so beware of fraudulent websites. We certify products sold on DECORATIQ are 100% authentic.

So if there’s more than one item in your order, you may receive the items separately (at no extra charge). We’ll send you a separate email confirming the shipment along with tracking numbers.

    TRACKING INFORMATION

    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes tracking is not always available due to free shipping.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 1-4 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

    DECORATIQ does not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process.

    To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

    Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact us within two (2) hours of your order placement. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

    DECORATIQ is responsible for delivering the item to the shipping address provided, but we are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been delivered. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

    We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

    DECORATIQ does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    ABOUT CUSTOMS TAX

    For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes DECORATIQ to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees DECORATIQ may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

    RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

    While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, to protect our customers, DECORATIQ reserves the right to require customers to use a common shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

    OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

    If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
